Refund policy

Things to keep in mind when trying to get a refund:
I do not allow for returns, but if any of the issues addressed happen, emailing me usually results in 100 percent satisfaction for the customer. I'm still learning and i will do everything possible, including refunding, to make the customer happy again.
The candles I make have small pieces added and some candles have the wax outside of the jar/container. Shipping is not friendly to my candles. I will do everything possible to make sure it makes it to you safely.
Candle wax melts. Sometimes, in summer, you will see signs of melting due to shipping. This is unavoidable, but usually, 95% of the time, this doesn't happen. If a wax piece falls off during shipment, you can try to put it back on by using a lighter to adhere the fallen piece.
If you receive a candle that comes to you fully damaged, or the container is broken take a picture of it within 3 days of you receiving it and send it to my email. I will take a look and make a determination within 48hrs. Refunds will be quick and painless.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as candles, food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift card.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received a refund request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
